No.34833 of 2008\n          ------------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 26th day of November, 2008\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">    Heard the counsel for the petitioner. In<\/p>\n<p>view of the nature of order that I propose to<\/p>\n<p>make  in  this      Writ        Petition,            there   is no<\/p>\n<p>necessity to order notice being issued to the<\/p>\n<p>respondents. I have carefully gone through the<\/p>\n<p>averments  in      the       Writ         Petition         and the<\/p>\n<p>submissions made by counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and I am of the view that the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>to be given some breathing time to get copies<\/p>\n<p>of records and to advance his contentions in<\/p>\n<p>the final decree proceedings in O.S.604\/04.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">    2. In the result, I adjourn the final<\/p>\n<p>decree proceedings in O.S.604\/04 for a period<\/p>\n<p>of one month from today. In the meanwhile, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner  may       get      copies          of      records and<\/p>\n<p>reconstruct his case file and advance his<\/p>\n<p>contentions in the final decree proceedings<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">W. P. C. No.34833 of 2008          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      that is pending in the court below.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">              3. This Writ Petition is disposed of with<\/p>\n<p>      the       above     directions.  The  petitioner  is<\/p>\n<p>      directed to produce a copy of this judgment<\/p>\n<p>      forthwith before the court where the final<\/p>\n<p>      decree proceedings in the concerned suit are<\/p>\n<p>      pending.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">              4.
