Opp. Party.\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02\/   28.01.2011                 Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                 This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail<\/p>\n<p>                    for offence under <a href=\"\/doc\/110162683\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 47<\/a> (A) of the Excise Act.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                    the total amount recovered about 15 liters and the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner is the salesman of the licensee shop and the only<\/p>\n<p>                    violation alleged that he was selling the liquor on the<\/p>\n<p>                    Gandhi Jayanti a day of closer of the shop.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                    it is a case of violation of the terms and conditions and it<\/p>\n<p>                    may cover under <a href=\"\/doc\/110162683\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 62<\/a> of the Excise Act.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                 Without    expressing     any   opinion    to   be<\/p>\n<p>                    considered at the stage of the proceeding, the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                    above named, is released on anticipatory bail, in the event<\/p>\n<p>                    of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                    period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                    of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>         Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.
