Parties have not appeared<br \/>\nbefore the Commission. Hence, it has been decided to dispose of the matter on<br \/>\nmerits.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">2.     It appears that the appellant has a family dispute with his father-in-law, a<br \/>\nBSNL employee. Vide RTI application dated 20.7.2009, the appellant had<br \/>\nsought personal particulars of his father-in-law. The requested information was<br \/>\ndenied by the CPIO under <a href=\"\/doc\/223928\/\" id=\"a_1\">section 8(1)(j)<\/a> of the RTI Act vide letter dated<br \/>\n17.8.2009. Hence, he has filed the present complaint before the Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">3.     We have carefully gone through the RTI application and find that there is<br \/>\nno harm if the following information regarding Shri Boddu Pandu Rangaiah is<br \/>\ngiven to the appellant viz : (a) date of his joining service with BSNL and (b) pay<br \/>\nscale with break-up. No other information needs to be supplied to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">4.
