Batra, the appellant has filed this appeal dated 24.05.2010 before<br \/>\nthe Commission against the Central Warehousing Corporation, New Delhi for not providing<br \/>\ncorrect and complete information to his RTI-request dated 15.9.2009. The matter came up<br \/>\nfor hearing on 01.09.2011. The appellant was absent, whereas the respondents were<br \/>\nrepresented by Shri Tarun K. Dey, DGM, Shri J.K. Sharma, DGM (VIG), Dr. R.S. Shukla,<br \/>\nAGM (Pers), Shri V.K. Verma, Superintendent and Shri Mahesh Chandra, Assistant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.     The appellant filed RTI-request dated 15.9.2010 seeking information &#8211; &#8220;What is the<br \/>\nlegal validity of the CVC Manual and Circular dated 14.3.2006 of the CVC in the matter of<br \/>\ndepartmental proceedings? A certified copy of the relevant statutory rules as per which the<br \/>\nCVC Manual and Circular dated 14.3.2006 has got any legal validity in the matter of<br \/>\ndepartmental proceedings may kindly be furnished.&#8221; The CPIO vide letter No. CWC\/C\/II-<br \/>\nRTI\/PR-528\/Rectt\/622A dated 8.10.2009 informed the appellant that the information<br \/>\nsought was not covered under <a href=\"\/doc\/1516599\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 2(f)<\/a> of the RTI Act. In response to CPIO&#8217;s reply the<br \/>\nappellant made another reference to CPIO vide letter dated 22.10.2009. The CPIO vide<br \/>\nletter No. CWC\/II-RTI\/PR\/Rectt\/711A dated 26.11.2009 provided extracts of minutes of<br \/>\nrelevant Agenda item placed before the Board of Directors on 22.12.1999 to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                             2     Case No. CIC\/WB\/A\/2010\/000416\/SS<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.     Aggrieved by reply of CPIO, the appellant preferred first-appeal before FAA<br \/>\n2.2.2010. The FAA vide order No. CWC\/1-A.Authority\/<a href=\"\/doc\/671631\/\" id=\"a_1\">RTI Act<\/a>\/270\/Rectt\/241A dated<br \/>\n19.2.2010 upheld the reply of CPIO.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">4.     During the hearing the respondent submitted that the requested information has<br \/>\nbeen provided to the appellant. The requested information is already available on the<br \/>\nwebsite of CVC on public domain.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">5.     After hearing the respondent and on perusal of relevant documents, the<br \/>\nCommission is of the considered view that the requisite information permissible under the<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/doc\/671631\/\" id=\"a_2\">RTI Act<\/a>, has been provided to the appellant.
