RAMKUMAR, J.\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  Bail Application No.260 of 2011\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                          DATE: 17.01.2011\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 <a href=\"\/doc\/445276\/\" id=\"a_1\">Cr.P.C<\/a>., the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>who    is   the   sole    accused  in   Crime  No.1076\/2010       of<\/p>\n<p>Kizhakkekallada Police Station for     offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Secs.366 and 511 of 417 <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_1\">I.P.C<\/a>., seeks his enlargement on bail.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner was arrested on 7.12.2010.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.   Having regard to the nature of the         offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner only on a future date.    Accordingly, the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>directed to be released on bail w.e.f 27.1.2011 on his executing<\/p>\n<p>a bond for `15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate concerned and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">B.A. No.260\/ 2011                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>              1.     The petitioner shall report before the<br \/>\n              Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n              a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>              2.     The petitioner shall make himself<br \/>\n              available for interrogation as and      when<br \/>\n              required by the police at any time till the<br \/>\n              filing of the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_2\"><p>               3..   The petitioner shall not influence or<br \/>\n               intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor<br \/>\n               shall he attempt to tamper       with    the<br \/>\n               evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_3\"><p>                4.
