Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in<\/p>\n<p>                    course of investigation his house was raided and some articles were<\/p>\n<p>                    seized.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>                    seized article belongs to the petitioner and, as a matter of fact,<\/p>\n<p>                    aforesaid articles are not stolen properties.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                               It appears from perusal of the report dated 25.4.2011 of<\/p>\n<p>                    Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Begusarai that Sri R.R.<\/p>\n<p>                    Singh, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai has already sent record<\/p>\n<p>                    of the petitioner to Juvenile Justice Board for enquiry.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                              In the aforesaid circumstances, let the petitioner, Suraj<\/p>\n<p>                    Chaudhry, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                    with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Begusarai in Ballia P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                    Case no. 23\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">      shahid                                                 (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Suraj Chaudhry vs The State Of Bihar on 15 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
