  appellant and learned counsel appearing for Insurer.<\/p>\n
   After careful perusal of the materials available<\/p>\n
T   record, including the impugned judgment and award<\/p>\n
passed by the Tribunal, it emerges that, the occurrence

Further, the Doctor has deposed that, the appellant to<\/p>\n
undergo one more surgery for removal of impla\u00a7its\u00ab.ins’er\u00e9ed’~.<\/p>\n
and for that, he may require some amount….,l3’u.tVa.ll these ._ <\/p>\n
aspects of the matter have not <\/p>\n

  foregoing reasons, the impugned<\/p>\n

enhagneepd ‘compensation comes to “\u20ac71,900\/– with<\/p>\n
  p.a., from the date of petition till the date<\/p>\n

   receipt of a copy of this judgment and award.<\/p>\n
V proportionate interest shall be invested in the Fixed Deposit<\/p>\n
