Justice M.C.HARI RANI\n\n Dated :23\/06\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n             R.BASANT &amp; M.C.HARIRANI, JJ.\n                     * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n                    W.P.(C).No.14980 of 2009\n                    ----------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 23rd day of June 2009\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">BASANT,J<\/p>\n<p>      The short prayer raised by the petitioner, a senior citizen,<\/p>\n<p>is that O.P.No.1185\/08 pending before the Family Court,<\/p>\n<p>Ernakulam may be directed to be disposed of expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>Report of the learned Judge was called for. The learned Judge<\/p>\n<p>reports that the petitioner himself is guilty of not getting ready<\/p>\n<p>and he has not shown any anxiety before the court below to<\/p>\n<p>secure an expeditious disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   Be that as it may, the learned Judge has reported that<\/p>\n<p>the matter can be disposed of within a period of three months<\/p>\n<p>from 11\/6\/2009, that is the date of the report. We accept the<\/p>\n<p>report of the learned Judge that the matter shall be disposed of<\/p>\n<p>as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, prior to 11\/9\/2009. The<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts that if that time<\/p>\n<p>limit were set, no further directions are necessary.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.   This writ petition is accordingly dismissed accepting<\/p>\n<p>the report of the learned Judge that O.P.No.1185\/08 shall be<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">W.P.Crl\/Mat.Appeal No.        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>disposed of on or before 11\/9\/2009.
