JUSTICE JASBIR SINGH\n\nPresent:     Mr.Malkeet Singh Balianwali, Advocate for the petitioner\n\n                         .....\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Jasbir Singh, J.(Oral)<\/p>\n<p>             The petitioner is a Stage Carriage Permit holder and is plying<\/p>\n<p>his bus on Rampura-Moga route via Salabatpura and Nihal Singh Wala.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">             In this writ petition, it is his grievance that despite many<\/p>\n<p>requests made, respondent No.2 has failed to frame time table. Due to this,<\/p>\n<p>many buses are running on that route without any permit. There is lot of<\/p>\n<p>confusion and it is his apprehension that some fight may ensue between the<\/p>\n<p>operators.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">             During arguments, it transpires that by stating his grievance,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has sent various representations, which are pending<\/p>\n<p>undecided.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">             In view of facts mentioned above, this writ petition is disposed<\/p>\n<p>of by issuing directions to respondent No.2 to take note and decide<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\"> Civil Writ Petition No.12531 of 2009                                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>representations of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to all<\/p>\n<p>the parties concerned.
