No.1344 of 2011\n                                      VIJAY SAO\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   11.02.2011             The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/361626\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 7<\/a> of the Essential<\/p>\n<p>                 Commodities Act.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                           It is alleged that 60 quintals rice and 25.50<\/p>\n<p>                 quintals wheat of the Antyoday Scheme were seized<\/p>\n<p>                 from the joint house of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                           It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner that the recovery is from joint house and the<\/p>\n<p>                 father was granted bail on consideration of the fact that<\/p>\n<p>                 the alleged seized grains were purchased from Jai<\/p>\n<p>                 Hanman Mills situated at Agricultural Marketing Yard.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                           Considering the aforesaid facts, let the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner, namely, Vijay Sao, be released on anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>                 bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>                 learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from<\/p>\n<p>                 today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                 the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           Magistrate,   Sherghati,   Gaya   in   connection   with<\/p>\n<p>           Imamganj P.S.
