No.30944 of 2010\n                             UDAY SINGH SON OF RAM JANAM SINGH\n                                               Versus\n                                        STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.     13.9.2010             Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                   offence under <a href=\"\/doc\/1560742\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 302<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_1\">323<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1947545\/\" id=\"a_2\">448<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1258372\/\" id=\"a_3\">147<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/763672\/\" id=\"a_4\">148<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/999134\/\" id=\"a_5\">149<\/a> of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                   Penal Code and 27 of the <a href=\"\/doc\/1934415\/\" id=\"a_6\">Arms Act<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              The petitioner only recently was refused bail by an order<\/p>\n<p>                   dated 29.1.2010 vide Cr.Misc.No.1217 of 2010, I am not inclined to<\/p>\n<p>                   review the said order on the submission is that till date even no<\/p>\n<p>                   charges have been framed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                               The prayer for bail is once again rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                               The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and<\/p>\n<p>                   conclude it within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                         ( Anjana Prakash, J. )<\/p>\n<p>     Narendra\/\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Udaysingh vs State Of Bihar on 13 September, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
