It is submitted that the father of the petitioner has filed a<\/p>\n<p>petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and the same is pending before this<\/p>\n<p>court as W.P.(C)341\/09.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">            2. Learned Government Pleader submits that this court has<\/p>\n<p>already issued a direction to the police to produce the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>before the court.     The petitioner submits that she is prepared to<\/p>\n<p>present herself before the court, so as to enable the court to pass<\/p>\n<p>appropriate orders in the matter.          Therefore, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of directing the petitioner to present herself before the court<\/p>\n<p>dealing with W.P.(C) 341\/09 tomorrow. In that view of the matter, no<\/p>\n<p>further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
