In   the<\/p>\n<p>memo   dated   14.6.2004   filed   on   behalf   of   the   University,   it   is<\/p>\n<p>stated   that   all   the   eligible   amounts   have   been   paid   to   the   writ<\/p>\n<p>petitioner during the pendency of the writ petition.
