The appellant in his three points asked various questions such as the projects undertaken,\nestimated expenses incurred, dates of starting and completion of the projects, planning of these\nprojects, etc.\n\nReply of the PIO:\nThe PIO replied as first of all Ward Number 64 in not under their zone. The PIO also replied that\nunder the <a href=\"\/doc\/671631\/\" id=\"a_1\">RTI Act<\/a> 2005, the appellant can come to their office, pay the fees and then can look at any\nof their records after going through them.\n\nGrounds of first Appeal:\nThe reply provided was not clear and copies were not attached as asked for.\n\nOrder of the FAA:\nNo order attached.\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nThe information provided is not complete, clear and satisfactory.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\"> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Vijay Mehta;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">Respondent: Mr. A. Prasad, PIO &amp; Superintendent Engineer;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">The Appellant admits that he has received certain information and would like to inspect the relevant<br \/>\nrecords.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\"> Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">      The PIO is directed to facilitate an inspection of the relevant records by the<br \/>\nAppellant on 27 April 2011 from 12.00PM onwards at the office of EE(M-I), Civil<br \/>\nLines Zone, 8th Floor, 16 Rajpur Road, New Delhi.
