02.   16.03.2011                  The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n
                   case registered under Sections 341<\/a>, 323<\/a>, 354<\/a>, 384<\/a>, 504<\/a>, 307<\/a>,<\/p>\n
                   379<\/a> and 427<\/a>\/34<\/a> of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n
                                  There is allegation against the petitioner to have<\/p>\n
                   made assault. It is submitted that there was land dispute<\/p>\n
                   between the parties and the informant has retracted from her<\/p>\n
                   initial version.\n<\/p>\n
                                  Considering     the      aforesaid   facts    and<\/p>\n
                   circumstances, let the petitioner Md. Sahjahan, in the event<\/p>\n
                   of his arrest or surrender before the Court-below within a<\/p>\n
                   period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory<\/p>\n
                   bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n
                   with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n
                   of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with<\/p>\n
                   Bhargama P.S. Case No. 96 of 2009, G.R. Case No. 2040 of<\/p>\n
                   2009 subject to condition laid down under Section 438<\/a> (2) of<\/p>\n
                   the Cr.P.C<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n
                                  Since the informant is a lady, let her brother be<\/p>\n
                   one of the bailors of the petitioner.<\/p>\n
