Respondents.\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">5.    15.11.2010                Having heard learned counsel for the parties as<\/p>\n<p>                       also perusing the materials on record, this Court would<\/p>\n<p>                       find no error in the impugned order dated 11.2.2004<\/p>\n<p>                       passed by the Divisional Commissioner in appeal<\/p>\n<p>                       affirming the order of minor punishment passed by the<\/p>\n<p>                       District   Superintendent    of    Education,    Chapra    on<\/p>\n<p>                       21.10.1997.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                  The solitary charge against the petitioner of<\/p>\n<p>                       being absent in unauthorised manner having been proved<\/p>\n<p>                       against him, the order of non-payment of salary for the<\/p>\n<p>                       period in question as also an entry of censure in his service<\/p>\n<p>                       record would hardly require any interference by this Court<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          in exercise of its power under <a href=\"\/doc\/1712542\/\" id=\"a_1\">Article 226<\/a> of the<\/p>\n<p>          Constitution of India.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                    That being so, this writ application is wholly<\/p>\n<p>          misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">kanchan                         (Mihir Kumar Jha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Dudhnath Ram vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors on 15 November, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.4325 of 2004 DUDHNATH RAM son of Late Gurhum Ram, resident of village- Goriya Chapra, P.O. and P.
