Uphara,\n           District Aurangabad, presently resides at Mohalla Chitaur Nagar, New\n           Area, P.S. Aurangabad (T), District Aurangabad\n                                   Versus\n                          THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   26.03.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                    the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with a case registered for the offence under<\/p>\n<p>                    Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                    Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. He is<\/p>\n<p>                    alleged to have shot at the informant, but the shot did<\/p>\n<p>                    not cause any injury on his person.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let the petitioner above named surrender in<\/p>\n<p>                    the court below within four weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>                    receipt of a copy of this order in the court below<\/p>\n<p>                    whereafter the court below should confirm the<\/p>\n<p>                    antecedent of the petitioner and if his antecedent is<\/p>\n<p>                    clean, he be admitted to the privilege of bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bond of `. 5000\/- (` Five thousand<\/p>\n<p>                    only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                    satisfaction    of   the   Chief   Judicial   Magistrate,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town)<\/p>\n<p>         P.S. Case No. 235 of 2010, subject to the conditions as<\/p>\n<p>         laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
