SAHAI)<\/p>\n<p>\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.N.J.Shah, learned AGP waives service of notice of Rule for<br \/>\nrespondent Nos.1 and 3 and Mr.R.A.Mishra, learned counsel waives<br \/>\nservice of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent No.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWe<br \/>\nhave gone through these delay condonation applications and the<br \/>\naffidavit in support of the same. Considering the same, it cannot be<br \/>\nsaid that the delay caused in filing the appeals has remained totally<br \/>\nunexplained. Therefore, we are of the view that these applications<br \/>\ndeserve to be allowed and they<br \/>\nare allowed accordingly.
