BASANT, J.\n\n                         - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                            B.A.No.  4508  of   2007\n\n                         - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                    Dated this the 26th day of   July, 2007\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Application for regular bail.     Allegations are raised under the<\/p>\n<p>Kerala   Abkari   Act.       The   petitioner     was   allegedly   found   to   be   in<\/p>\n<p>possession of 4 litres of arrack   on   5.7.2007.     He was arrested and<\/p>\n<p>continues in custody from that date.     There   is no allegation of any<\/p>\n<p>antecedent criminality against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>        2.       The learned  counsel for the  petitioner prays, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor does not seriously oppose the said prayer  and I am<\/p>\n<p>satisfied   that   the   petitioner   can   now   be   enlarged   on   bail   subject   to<\/p>\n<p>appropriate terms and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.  In the result:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        1)  This application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        2)     The   petitioner   shall   be   released   on   bail   on   the   following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        (a)     The   petitioner     shall   execute   a   bond   for   Rs.25,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees  twenty five  thousand  only)   with  two  solvent  sureties  each<\/p>\n<p>for the like sum to be satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.<\/p>\n<p>B.A.No.  4508  of   2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      (b)       He   shall   make   himself   available   for   interrogation   before   the<\/p>\n<p>Investigating Officer   as and when directed by the Investigating Officer in<\/p>\n<p>writing to do so.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                          (R.
