RAMKUMAR, J.\n                .........................................\n                       B.A. No.7514 of 2010\n                ..........................................\n            Dated this the 24th day of November, 2010.\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners who are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No. 994 of<\/p>\n<p>2010 of Chathannoor Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 323, 324 and 308 r\/w Section 34 I.P.C., seek anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.   But at the same time,         I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>06.12.2010 or on 07.12.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and<\/p>\n<p>recovery of incriminating material,       if any.    After interrogation,<\/p>\n<p>petitioners shall be produced before the Magistrate concerned who<\/p>\n<p>on being convinced that the petitioners have been interrogated by<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 7514\/2010                 : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>the police, shall release the petitioners on bail on each of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners executing a bond for Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees            fifteen<\/p>\n<p>thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to<\/p>\n<p>the satisfaction of the Magistrate and subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.the<br \/>\n                   The   petitioners     shall  report before<br \/>\n                                                                  on<br \/>\n             all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. The petitioners shall make themselves available<br \/>\n             for interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n             and when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.    Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to<br \/>\n             tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.    Petitioners shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n             on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
