JOSEPH FRANCIS, JJ.\n             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                W.P.(C).No. 14154 of 2010 T\n             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n            Dated this the 28th day of May, 2010\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The petitioner has approached this Court with the<\/p>\n<p>following prayers:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any<\/p>\n<p>        other appropriate writ, direction or order<\/p>\n<p>        directing respondents 5 to 7 to afford<\/p>\n<p>        adequate and necessary protection to the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner      company           and       its    workers<\/p>\n<p>        building, plant, machinery and or smooth<\/p>\n<p>        transporting of raw materials and finished<\/p>\n<p>        products to and from the premises of the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner company,<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              ii) to issue a writ of mandamus or<\/p>\n<p>        any other appropriate writ, direction or<\/p>\n<p>        order directing respondents 5 to 7 to<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).No. 14154 of 2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        consider and take appropriate action on Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>        and afford necessary and adequate protection<\/p>\n<p>        to the petitioner company and its workers.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     2.   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the party respondents and the learned Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. We take note of the interim order. The learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>for the respondents submits that there is no obstruction now.<\/p>\n<p>We record the said submission. We make the interim order<\/p>\n<p>absolute. We further direct that the petitioner will co-operate<\/p>\n<p>with the conciliation proceedings before the District Labour<\/p>\n<p>Officer as a condition for making the interim order absolute.<\/p>\n<p>     4.
