RAMKUMAR, J.\n                    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Bail Application NO. 1132 of 2009\n                    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                      DATED: 12-03-2009\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<br \/>\nwho are accused Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime No. 63 of 2009              of<br \/>\nMararikulam Police Station for offences punishable under Secs.<br \/>\n326, 341, 323, 324 and 506 (ii) read with Sec. 34 I.P.C. seek<br \/>\nanticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.     I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<br \/>\nlearned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.     Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<br \/>\nagainst the petitioners and the other circumstances of the case, I<br \/>\nam inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.<br \/>\nAccordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<br \/>\npolice station concerned to release the petitioners on bail for a<br \/>\nperiod of one month in the event of their arrest in connection<br \/>\nwith the above case on each of them executing a bond for Rs.<br \/>\n10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties<br \/>\neach for the like amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and<br \/>\nsubject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            1.   Petitioners shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n            Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.1132 of 2009             -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             2.    Petitioners shall make    themselves available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.     Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to tamper<br \/>\n             with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.     Petitioners shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n             bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            5.
