She has certain allegations against<\/p>\n<p>the private respondents herein. We do not wish to<\/p>\n<p>state anything because the police is continuing<\/p>\n<p>with the investigation as a case of man-missing<\/p>\n<p>which has been duly registered.<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to the earlier interim orders, different<\/p>\n<p>statements came on record and as of now, the<\/p>\n<p>affidavit in terms of the last interim order is<\/p>\n<p>also on record. The Assistant Commissioner of<\/p>\n<p>Police states that till now, they have not been<\/p>\n<p>able to establish any lead that would connect the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent to state specifically that the<\/p>\n<p>missing person is under the detention of the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent. We record this and order this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition directing that investigation shall<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPCR319\/09            -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p> proceed with all vigour and shall be completed<\/p>\n<p> appropriately in accordance with law.
