Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                         counsel appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                   This application has been filed challenging the order<\/p>\n<p>                         dated 15.07.2008 by which the Court below has rejected the<\/p>\n<p>                         application filed on behalf of the defence to re-examine P.W.s 1,<\/p>\n<p>                         2, 7 and 11.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                   No specific ground has been mentioned by the defence<\/p>\n<p>                         for recalling these witnesses for cross-examination. It appears<\/p>\n<p>                         that there is a vague allegation that the witnesses have to be<\/p>\n<p>                         examined on the vital point. The Court has found that all the<\/p>\n<p>                         witnesses were cross-examined at length and as such the defence<\/p>\n<p>                         will not be prejudiced in any manner. Good grounds have not<\/p>\n<p>                         been made out for re-examination of witnesses. I do not find any<\/p>\n<p>                         illegality in the reasoning of the Court below.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                   This application is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">Md.
