The experience<br \/>\ncertificate of the appellant is  purportedly for  three years upto<br \/>\n2003 only and not thereafter (it may not be three years in full) and<br \/>\ntherefore, the appointment was  not offered to the appellant.  In<br \/>\nthis background, the learned Single Judge has not favoured the<br \/>\nappellant with any favourable order because the appellant was not<br \/>\nqualified.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tAccording<br \/>\nto the qualifications laid down in the advertisement,  the<br \/>\nrequirement was that the appellant should  have experience in the<br \/>\nlast years, whereas  the experience certificate of the appellant was<br \/>\nonly upto 2003. He has not produced any certificate for last years.<br \/>\nIt may be noticed that the selection was for 2006.
