Heard learned counsel for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">2.\t\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, it cannot be said that the delay<br \/>\ncaused in filing the  Appeal has remained totally unexplained.<br \/>\nTherefore, we are of the view that the delay caused in filing Letters<br \/>\nPatent  Appeal deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the application<br \/>\nis allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute. Letters Patent<br \/>\nAppeal to come up for hearing on 17.10.2011.
