2\/      17.08.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned<\/p>\n
                     counsel for the State and learned counsel for the complainant.<\/p>\n
                                 The allegation of torture for non-fulfillment of demand<\/p>\n
                     of dowry is denied on the ground that son of petitioners no.1 and 2<\/p>\n
                     went to his sasural fromwhere disappeared. A Case was lodged<\/p>\n
                     making accused in-laws family members. To reply the same and to<\/p>\n
                     save the skin, this case is lodged.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Taking that into consideration, prayer of the petitioners<\/p>\n
                     for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.<\/p>\n
                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n
                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n
                     connection with Complaint Case No. 288-C of 2009 above named<\/p>\n
                     petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n
                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n
                     each to the satisfaction of J.M., Ist Class, Raxaul at Motihari subject<\/p>\n
                     to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/a> of Cr. P.C.<\/p>\n
