RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                         - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                     Bail Application NO.3323\/2007\n\n                          - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                           DATED: 1-6-2007\n\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">             In   this   Petition   filed   under   Sec.   439   <a href=\"\/doc\/445276\/\" id=\"a_1\">Cr.P.C<\/a>.,   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   who   are   accused     Nos.   1   and   3   in   Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.158\/2007       of     Punalur   Police   Station   for     offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under <a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 323<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1599401\/\" id=\"a_2\">341<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/724142\/\" id=\"a_3\">324<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/1540253\/\" id=\"a_4\">326<\/a>     IPC read<\/p>\n<p>with <a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_5\">Section 34<\/a> IPC,  seek their  enlargement on bail.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.     I heard  the learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\n<p id=\"p_3\">      3.     Having   regard   to   the   nature   of   the     offences,   the<\/p>\n<p>duration   of   judicial   custody   of   the   petitioners,   the   present<\/p>\n<p>stage   of   investigation   and   the   other   circumstances     of   the<\/p>\n<p>case,   I   am   inclined   to   grant   bail   to   the   petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>on  each  of  them     executing  a bond for  Rs. 10,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M-III,   Punalur       and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>             (a).      The   petitioners   shall   report   before<\/p>\n<p>                the   Investigating   Officer   between   9   a.m.<\/p>\n<p>                and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"p_4\"> B.A.3323\/2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                        -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">              (b).      The         petitioners         shall         make<\/p>\n<p>                  themselves   available   for   interrogation   as<\/p>\n<p>                  and   when   required   by   the   police   till   the<\/p>\n<p>                  filing of the final report.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">\n<p id=\"p_7\">               (c).      The  petitioners shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>                  intimidate   the   prosecution   witnesses   nor<\/p>\n<p>                  shall   they     attempt   to   tamper   with   the<\/p>\n<p>                  evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">\n<p id=\"p_9\">                (d).     The  petitioners  shall  not commit any<\/p>\n<p>                  offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">\n<p id=\"p_11\">        4.
