2. The grievance of the petitioners in the instant<\/p>\n
writ peti\ufb01on is that, they are Kerosene A. H<\/p>\n
converted Retailers who are holding   <\/p>\n
Kamateka Essential Commodities ipns; semi<\/p>\n
1992, from 1987 onwards to .eel.l Keroeene retell  V.<\/p>\n
Gulbarga proper and they are ijecna;g;5g  \ufb02duties
\nsincerely and honestly    the
\nfour\ufb01i respondeum::.\u00a7;i’   mandatory
\nprovisions laid    Karnetaka
\nEseentialv~x3omnfreTdi;Eiee(F\ufb01\ufb01ei  order 1992, vvithout
\nissuing nvoiiee.  the Control order and<\/p>\n
withoutAVcallinQ”fo;r the ep_olicetione, has issued impugned<\/p>\n
 icumluhaea\ufb01oneto  respondent vide Annexure-G<\/p>\n
 on the Thesis of Annexure–G has<\/p>\n
 _granie\u00abd euiherizetion to the \ufb01rst respondent, without<\/p>\n
 ring {he procedurm as envisaged under the Control<\/p>\n
 lllolrderi 1992. The said authorization given by the fourth<\/p>\n
it  ‘ A “‘*:VV:res’r3ondent in favour of first rapondent without calling for<\/p>\n
any application is not jue\ufb01\ufb01able and it is liable to be set<\/p>\n

\neside. Having regard to these backgrounds, petitieners<\/p>\n
herein fett necessitated to present this writ petitien<\/p>\n
seeking appropriate relief as stated supra.<\/p>\n
3. After careful perusal of the principa’l.:::grodnd  <\/p>\n
urged by petitioners in the instant  -1<\/p>\n
hearing teamed Additionaie Governrrzent  <\/p>\n
appearing for respondents-2 to it   that,
\nthese petitioners are   Hairtfkers converted
\nretailers and after V obtalinihng  they are
\ndistributing the   the :ig;:ardh;51c:ers in their
\njurisdiction as  competent authority. it is<\/p>\n
the ease of\u00ab.._theT’  that, the jurisdictional<\/p>\n
 without following the procedures as<\/p>\n
 the Control order 1992 as referred<\/p>\n
