However, the cause of<br \/>\n\taction which has arisen and the grievance which is ventilated in the<br \/>\n\tpetition is relatable to each individual member of the association<br \/>\n\tand the final relief would be dependent upon peculiar facts and<br \/>\n\tcircumstances applicable in case of each individual member.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">In<br \/>\n\tthe circumstances, the present petition is not maintainable.  It<br \/>\n\twill be open to the individual members, if they so desire, to prefer<br \/>\n\tindependent separate petition ventilating their individual<br \/>\n\tgrievances.
