The appellants were heard through their representative, Shri Deepak<br \/>\nVerma on 21.07.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">2.       The representative of the appellants stated that their Companies, namely<br \/>\nM\/s. Chemiplast Industries and M\/s. Sturdy Polymers Limited have supplied<br \/>\ncertain materials to the respondent as per agreements. They have, however, not<br \/>\nreceived full payments, a total more than 52 lakhs, which is due since 1996-97.<br \/>\nThey alleged that the respondent has not honoured the mutually agreed terms<br \/>\nand conditions for settlement of disputes relating to the payment of bills. They<br \/>\nalleged that in spite of oft repeated requests, the respondent has not indicated<br \/>\nthe reasons why their payments are withheld or when it would be released to<br \/>\nthem. They have, therefore, plead that the payments due to them should be<br \/>\nreleased at the earliest as per the agreement.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                     If you don&#8217;t ask, you don&#8217;t get &#8211; Mahatma Gandhi<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                             1<\/span><br \/>\n Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">3.      The CPIO is directed to indicate the reasons for non-payment of dues to<br \/>\nthe appellants. The details in respect of all the supplies made by the appellants<br \/>\nand the reasons for deduction or withholding payments should be clearly<br \/>\nindicated. The information should thus be provided within 15 working days from<br \/>\nthe date of issue of this decision under intimation to the Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">4.
