Sanjanwala, learned advocate appearing for respondent Nos. 5 to<br \/>\n13 has raised a preliminary objection about maintainability of the<br \/>\napplication filed by the applicant and submitted that  respondent<br \/>\nNos. 5 to 13 have filed proceedings for claiming their possession in<br \/>\ntenancy proceedings.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tMs.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">Sangeeta Pahwa, learned advocate for the applicant submits that the<br \/>\napplicant being the auction purchaser and the application filed by<br \/>\nrespondent Nos. 5 to 13 herein in the company proceedings was<br \/>\nrejected earlier.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, Rule returnable on 21.4.2011.
