Learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the applicant has submitted that the entire amount is<br \/>\ndeposited. In view of this and in view of the fact that the appeal is<br \/>\nadmitted in view of the submission of clear breach of condition of<br \/>\nAct Policy Rule returnable on 21.10.2010. In the meantime and till<br \/>\nthe returnable date, there shall be an ad-interim relief in terms of<br \/>\npara-6(A). The concerned Tribunal is directed to deposit the same<br \/>\ninitially for a period of three months with the Nationalized Bank.<br \/>\nThe further order of disbursement and\/or further deposit will be made<br \/>\nafter the respondents are served.
