RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n\n            - - - - - - - - -  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                       W.P.(C)NO.8980 OF 2007\n\n            - - - - - - - - -  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n             Dated this the 19th day of March 2007\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   The petitioner faces revenue recovery proceedings<\/p>\n<p>for dues under the Kerala Motor Vehicles Taxation Act.  The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner did not produce G Forms.  He also did not file any<\/p>\n<p>statutory appeal without producing G Forms.  The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>cannot find any way out from paying Motor Vehicles Tax.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.   Having   regard   to   the   fact   that   the   vehicle   also<\/p>\n<p>suffered   certain   attachments,     it   is   directed   that   if   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner pays the entire outstandings in three instalments,<\/p>\n<p>payable   on   or   before   29.3.07,   28.4.07   and   12.6.07   and<\/p>\n<p>thereby   wipes   off   the   entire   outstandings   including   the<\/p>\n<p>accruals,   the   revenue   recovery   proceedings   shall   be<\/p>\n<p>dropped.     If   there   is   default   in   remitting   any   of   the<\/p>\n<p>instalments   as  aforesaid,   the  benefit   of  this   judgment   shall<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)NO.8980 OF 2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>stand recalled automatically and revenue recovery proceedings<\/p>\n<p>shall be immediately enforced.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">       Writ  petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                 THOTTATHIL B.
