Further, even if the lenient view is taken on<br \/>\n\tthe aspects of condonation of delay, we would have considered the<br \/>\n\tmatter for imposition of cost, but it appears that in spite of the<br \/>\n\tnotice of Rule served upon the concerned claimants, nobody has<br \/>\n\tappeared.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">Hence,<br \/>\n\tthe aforesaid being the peculiar facts and circumstances in the<br \/>\n\tpresent case, we find that the delay deserves to be condoned and,<br \/>\n\ttherefore, condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">The<br \/>\n\tapplications are disposed of accordingly.
