When the case was taken up on<br \/>\n04.05.2010, learned counsel for the appellant withdrew his appearance<br \/>\nfrom the appeal.  For the said reason, Court issued notice to engage<br \/>\nsome other lawyer.  Inspite of service of notice, no appearance has<br \/>\nbeen filed.  Nobody appears to press the appeal.
