JUSTICE NARENDRA NATH TIWARI\n                                  ------\n            For the Petitioner : Mr. Binod Kumar Jha, Advocate.\n            For the State      : A.P.P.\n                                 ------\n\n2\/17.02.2011<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">:       The petitioner is an accused in the case registered under<br \/>\n            <a href=\"\/doc\/1436241\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 420<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/988620\/\" id=\"a_1\">406<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1326844\/\" id=\"a_2\">409<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/1897847\/\" id=\"a_3\">120B<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                    Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted<br \/>\n            that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case; the main<br \/>\n            allegation is against co-accused Satrughan Singh; the only allegation<br \/>\n            against the petitioner is his connivance without any cogent basis; he is<br \/>\n            in custody since July, 2010; he is a local permanent resident and there is<br \/>\n            no chance of his absconding.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                    Learned A.P.P. opposed the petitioner&#8217;s prayer for bail, but has<br \/>\n            not disputed the other contentions of learned counsel for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                    Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the<br \/>\n            petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing<br \/>\n            bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of<br \/>\n            the   like amount, each,    to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional<br \/>\n            Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with C.P.
