No.2008 of 2011\n                        SIYA RAM MEHTA\n                               Versus\n                       THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   19.02.2011                The petitioner being father of the<\/p>\n<p>                 alleged husband is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/538436\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 498A<\/a> of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              It is alleged against the son of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner      to    have     established     physical<\/p>\n<p>                 relationship with the complainant on promise of<\/p>\n<p>                 marriage for which earlier Birpur P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                 152 of 2007 was registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/1279834\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 376<\/a><\/p>\n<p>                 and   <a href=\"\/doc\/140515\/\" id=\"a_2\">313<\/a>      of    the   Indian   Penal    Code,   but<\/p>\n<p>                 subsequently,         marriage      was      performed.<\/p>\n<p>                 Consequently case was compromise. In the<\/p>\n<p>                 earlier case petitioner was not made accused.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              Considering the aforesaid facts, let the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner, namely, Siya Ram Mehta, be released<\/p>\n<p>                 on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                 surrender before the learned Court below within<\/p>\n<p>                 a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>           two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>           satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>           Ist Class, Birpur at Supaul, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>           Complaint Case No. 11-C of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\nBhardwaj                        ( Dinesh Kumar Singh,J.)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Siya Ram Mehta vs The State Of Bihar on 19 February, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
