Submission of learned<\/p>\n<p>                           counsel for the petitioner is that alleged injury caused by<\/p>\n<p>                           Ram Panni Rai on head is only found on post mortem<\/p>\n<p>                           conducted in the case. There is counter-case at petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                           hand also against informant party for the occurrence of the<\/p>\n<p>                           same day.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                        Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                           released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                           thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                           satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                           Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.
