Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :30\/10\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                        S.SIRI JAGAN,J\n             ======================\n                    W.P.(C).No.9895 of 2007\n            =============-===========\n            Dated this the 30th day of October, 2007\n\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     This writ petition is filed by one Sri.N.K.Viswanathan Nair<\/p>\n<p>claiming to be the manager of Modakkallur A.U.P School in<\/p>\n<p>Quilandy Educational Sub District. One P. Madhavan Nair has<\/p>\n<p>filed I.A.No.13412\/2007 seeking himself to be impleaded as<\/p>\n<p>respondent in this writ petition on the ground that he is actually<\/p>\n<p>the manager of the School and not Sri.Viswanathan Nair. He<\/p>\n<p>produced Annexure-A order, by which the Assistant Educational<\/p>\n<p>Officer has held that Sri.N.K.Viswanathan Nair, who is<\/p>\n<p>continuing as the Manager of the School is removed from the<\/p>\n<p>Managership of the School with effect from 13.03.2007 and is<\/p>\n<p>replaced by Sri.P.Madhavan Nair.      This writ petition was filed<\/p>\n<p>on    21.03.2007 after Annexure-A order has been passed.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, Sri.N.K.Viswanathan Nair could not have filed this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition claiming himself to be the manager of the school,<\/p>\n<p>since, the same is only in respect of the school of which he<\/p>\n<p>claims to be the manager and not in his individual capacity.
