No.2806\/2009-H\n                      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n                  Dated this the 9th day of February, 2009\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">            The petitioner has approached this Court for implementing the<\/p>\n<p>order of transfer issued as per Ext.P1. He is working as Sub Engineer in<\/p>\n<p>K.S.E.B in Panniyar Generation Sub Division. He joined there on August<\/p>\n<p>2006 on getting promotion. He belongs to Thiruvananthapuram District. He<\/p>\n<p>sought for a transfer to his home District on compassionate grounds and by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1 he was benefited by an order also. But so far the order has not been<\/p>\n<p>implemented and therefore, he has not been relieved from the duties so far to<\/p>\n<p>join the transfer station.     The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 seeking for<\/p>\n<p>implementation of Ext.P1 before the Deputy Chief Engineer, Generation<\/p>\n<p>Circle, Meencut, Chithirapuram.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    The learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that it is<\/p>\n<p>only because of want of a substitute that the order could not be implemented<\/p>\n<p>and earnest efforts are being taken to implement the same and within two<\/p>\n<p>months the same could be implemented. Therefore, there will be a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the second and third respondents to see that Ext.P1 is implemented within two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                      (T.R.
