No. of post vacant for Asstt Result was common for Men &amp; Women as per             Incorrect\n     Fire Guard (Male &amp; marks obtained by them in written and physical               information\n     Female). Basis on which endurance test.\n     recruitment done in Fire\n     Department.\n5. Provide date of submission All the applications were received within the          Incomplete\n     of form done by those prescribed time. Only one application was                 information.\n     applicants who had been considered after the prescribed time that was too\n     called for the post of Asstt a s per the Court's order.\n     Fire Guard.\n6. Details of No. of post Details of the vacant posts of A. F.G at the time          Incorrect\n     (Asstt.      Fire      Guard) of issue of circular were as under:               information\n     reserved for Male &amp; Total=59 Nos\n     Female under OBC &amp; ST.            a) General -13,\n                                       b) OBC -26\n                                       c) SC-10\n                                       d) ST-10\n Grounds for First Appeal:\nAs above (objection).\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\nFAA passed order in respect of following points:\nPoint No.1: Third party information; PIO(Fir) was directed to issue a letter to Ms Daljit Kaur\n            within 3 days for providing information after having reply from third party (Ms\n            Daljit Kaur).\nPoint No.2, 3, 4: PIO (Secy. Estt.) is directed to supply the requisite information to the Appellant\n            within 7 days.\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nInformation not provided with desired documents.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\"> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">Appellant: Mr. Davinder Kumar representing Mr. Rajini;<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Jasbir Singh, First Appellate Authority &amp; Fire Officer;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">       The PIO has provided the information as directed by the FAA.
