BALI, C.J.   &amp;   C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n\n                         -------------------------------\n\n                             W.A.No.2366 of 2006\n\n                         -------------------------------\n\n                Dated, this the   14th  day of  December,  2006\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">V.K.Bali,C.J.(Oral)<\/p>\n<p>      After   arguing   for   some   time,     learned   counsel   for   the<\/p>\n<p>appellant   says  that  this writ  appeal  be dismissed as  withdrawn,<\/p>\n<p>but he contends that from the   nature of the relief and also that<\/p>\n<p>proceedings under <a href=\"\/doc\/983382\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 133<\/a> of the Code of Criminal Procedure<\/p>\n<p>are emergent in nature, the District Magistrate, may be directed<\/p>\n<p>to deal with and dispose of the proceedings under <a href=\"\/doc\/983382\/\" id=\"a_2\">Section 133<\/a> of<\/p>\n<p>the Code of Criminal Procedure as expeditiously as possible.    In<\/p>\n<p>the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, while dismissing<\/p>\n<p>the   writ   appeal   as   withdrawn   we   direct   the   District   Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram   to   deal   with   and   expeditiously   dispose   of<\/p>\n<p>the   proceedings   under   <a href=\"\/doc\/983382\/\" id=\"a_3\">Section   133<\/a>   of   the   Code   of   Criminal<\/p>\n<p>Procedure   finally,     and   preferably   within   a   period   of   six   weeks<\/p>\n<p>from today.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">W.A.No.2366\/2006                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">            Writ appeal is disposed of accordingly.  A copy of this order<\/p>\n<p>be          sent         immediately         to         the         District         Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                                                V.K.
