Sharma, Executive Engineer, ND-2)\n\nDate of Hearing:                                                29\/01\/2009\n\nDate of Decision:                                               29\/01\/2009\n\nFACTS<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">:-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">        By his letter of 28\/02\/2008, the complainant had requested for information about<br \/>\nthe parking being done by the personnel of Income Tax Department in the DDA property<br \/>\nlocated opposite E-2, ARA Centre, Jhandewalan Extension, New Delhi. Director(Hort.),<br \/>\nNorth, had informed the Appellant, vide letter dated 07\/03\/2008 that the matter did not<br \/>\nrelate to him. It appears that thereafter he did not receive any information from the DDA.<br \/>\nHence, the present complaint.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">2.      The matter was heard on 29\/01\/2009. The complainant did not appear before the<br \/>\nCommission.      The DDA is represented by the officers named above.           It is the<br \/>\nsubmission of Shri B.K. Sharma that the information could not be provided to him due to<br \/>\nlack of clarity about jurisdictional issues. He is, however, now willing to furnish<br \/>\nrequisite information to the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                                        DECISION<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">3.      In view of the above, Shri B.K. Sharma, Executive Engineer, ND-2, is hereby<br \/>\ndirected to provide point-wise information to the Appellant in next two weeks time.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">4.
