Pleader\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tHeard Mr.V.Singan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\npetitioner and Mr.K.K.Senthil, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nfirst respondent and Mr.R.Janakiramulu, the learned Special Government Pleader<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the second respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\t2. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for<br \/>\nhearing and disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\t3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if<br \/>\nthe first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the<br \/>\npetitioner, dated 27.08.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, within a<br \/>\nspecified period.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\t4. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no<br \/>\nobjection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\t5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on<br \/>\neither side, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation,<br \/>\ndated 27.08.2010, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as<br \/>\nwell as to the other persons concerned, on merits and in accordance with law,<br \/>\nwithin a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<br \/>\norder. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated<br \/>\n27.08.2010, to the first respondent, along with a copy of this order. However,<br \/>\nit is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion<br \/>\non the merits of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\tThe writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
