V -\n\nThis petition coming on ft')r\"oi*der\".s \nCourt made the following:     -    \n\nRDE R\n\nThe petitioners are  as  No.2 to 6\nin Crime No.269V\/'*2;C1_O'A-_g  for offences\n\npunishable under Sections stir\/W 34 1.19.0\n\nand also\"'for'T;offeia;Ces'~punishabie under Sections 3<\/a>, 4<\/a>\n\nand 6<\/a> er newly\"i>~;\u00a5ehiia:tie ti,.Aet, 1961.\n\n2.  \"first Saccutsed is the husband of first\n\n \u00ab--._infor'inant Vvnameiyfiamida Unnisa. Their marriage was\n\n\":_.5.7.2009. The first information was\n\nedged enS;f:.tsi::10.2010 alleging that the petitioners had\n\nV'-~.assau'1teSd the first informant and demanded her to bring\n\n   of Rs.1O Lakhs for sending her to Saudi Arabia\n\n _,_where the first accused was working. The first\n\ninformation does not give specific instances of assault\n\nand harassment for dowry. As of now, the first\n\n'N at\n\n \n\n\n\ns 3 _\ninformant is residing in her parents house in\nBannerghatta Road at Bangalore.\n\n3. Considering the relationship of petitionersjwith\nthe first informant, nature of allegations \nthem and offences for which the crime  \nwithout going into further detailsf trig\nfor is granted for a lif\ufb02ked  \npetitioners to seek regular  .
