IN-CHARGE MEDICAL OFFICER PRIMARY HEALTH CENTRE, AURAI,\n                  MUZAFFARPUR--------------------------RESPONDENTS\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2     8.4.2011                   After some argument, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners confines his prayer to the issue of payment of salary for<\/p>\n<p>                 the period they have worked.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                 There has been an occasion for a Division Bench<\/p>\n<p>                 of this Court in the case of Gautam Kumar Choudhary vrs. The<\/p>\n<p>                 State of Bihar &amp; others reported in 2009 (1) PLJR 589,<\/p>\n<p>                 specially in paragraph-5 of the said decision that even in a case of<\/p>\n<p>                 illegal appointment the person cannot be denied his salary for the<\/p>\n<p>                 period he had worked.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                 Taking queue from the said decision the prayer of<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioners seems to be reasonable and in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                 This writ application is disposed of with a<\/p>\n<p>                 direction upon the respondents that they will take steps for<\/p>\n<p>                 payment of salary of the petitioners at least for the period they had<\/p>\n<p>                 worked on due verification of record in this regard.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">RPS                             (Ajay Kumar Tripathi,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Madhuranjan Kumar vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors on 8 April, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.13123 of 2010 1.
