State of U.P. and others\n\n                                  ****\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Hon&#8217;ble Ferdino Inacio Rebello, C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Hon&#8217;ble A.P. Sahi, J<\/p>\n<p>        Considering the directions by the learned single Judge that the<br \/>\nmatter in respect of the fees for the academic Sessions 2003-04, has to<br \/>\nbe decided by the Committee constituted under the Government Order<br \/>\ndated 27.6.2008, the application by the Management dated 27.5.2005<br \/>\nbe considered and decided by the Committee at any rate not later than<br \/>\n6 weeks from the date a certified copy of the order is served on them<br \/>\nand to make recommendation to the State Government within that<br \/>\ntime.    The   State   Government      thereafter   on   receipt   of   the<br \/>\nrecommendation to take a decision on the same within 2 weeks of the<br \/>\nreceipt of the recommendation and communicate the decision to the<br \/>\nManagement as well as to the Association of parents. List thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">        In the meantime, the impugned directions given by the learned<br \/>\nJudge in both the petitions are stayed except for the purpose of<br \/>\ndetermination of the fees for the year 2003-04.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">        Liberty to the parties to apply in the event the appeal is not<br \/>\nplaced on the Board.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">Dt. 5.7.2010<br \/>\nIrshad\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allahabad High Court Director, Rama Dental College &#8230; vs State Of U.P.
