Case No. 94\/2011,<\/p>\n<p>                    pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                    Katihar, is named accused in this case being Ex-<\/p>\n<p>                    Mukhiya of panchayat with allegation that in the<\/p>\n<p>                    appointment process of teachers some irregularities<\/p>\n<p>                    have been committed and appointment letters have<\/p>\n<p>                    been issued under the signature of different panchayat<\/p>\n<p>                    secretaries. Though they were not incharge at the<\/p>\n<p>                    relevant time.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              Submission is that no specific allegation or<\/p>\n<p>                    role played by the petitioner is attributed against him.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                              Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                    the case, and in the event of his arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                    within a period of four weeks, let the above-named<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond<br \/>\n           of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>          sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>          Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          Amdabad P.S.
