Bkn. &#8230; on 10 July, 2009<\/div>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">                                   1\/2\n\n            S.B.CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO.6449\/2009\n      (Ajay Singh vs. Maharaja Ganga Singh University &amp; Anr.)\n\n                    DATE OF ORDER : 10\/7\/2009\n\n            HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE VINEET KOTHARI\n\n\nMr.S.S.Ladrecha, for the petitioner.\n\n\n\n      This petition is directed against the order dated 23\/4\/2009\n\npassed by the appellate court, whereby, the appellate court reversed\n\nthe injunction order granted by the learned trial court on 20\/2\/2009.\n\nThe learned trial court has directed the defendant College to permit\n\nthe plaintiff to appear in the Final Year B.Com examination in the\n\nSession 2008-09 and the plaintiff-petitioner has accordingly said to\n\nhave appeared in the said examination. However, his result was\n\nwithheld subject to decision of suit and the appellate court has\n\nreversed that order of the trial court.\n\n\n\n      Having heard learned counsel and in the facts and\n\ncircumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that this\n\npetition can be disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the\n\nsuit itself expeditiously.\n                                  2\/2\n\n      Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to\n\nlearned trial court to decide the suit expeditiously preferably within\n\nfour months from today.
